INTRODUCTION OF SOCIAL CRITERIA IN THE FISCAL ORDINANCES OF TERRASSA

Complementing a previous study for the city council of Terrassa on greening the fiscal ordinances, ENT carried out a study to include social criteria in those ordinances. Greening the ordinances followed a clear policy of incentives (because the measures introduced were targeting individual behaviours), whereas accounting for social aspects seeks a fairer wealth distribution.
