STUDY ON THE ALTERNATIVES FOR MODIFYING THE FISCAL ORDINANCES REGULATING WASTE COLLECTION AND WASTE TAXES OF MANRESA

Manresa city council asked ENT to elaborate a new municipal ordinance regulating waste collection, and a fiscal ordinance regulating the waste collection tax, in order to update them to present circumstances, and to introduce some environmental incentives. On the other hand, we deeply revised all other fiscal ordinances (taxes, charges, fees, and especial contributions) and economic tools (such as subsidies and public prices).
