ENT Environment and Management was commissioned by the Catalan Federation of Neighbour Associations (CONFAVC) to conduct an analysis for the period 1990 – 2003 on the evolution of prices/fees/taxes of public transportation, waste collection and treatment, water, real states, gas and electricity in Catalan municipalities.
