Andorra’s Association for the protection of animals, plants, and the environment (APAPMA) commissioned ENT a technical report on the environmental impact assessment report of a new waste incineration facility in Andorra, in order to be used for issuing some allegations against it. The report focused on: (i) present Andorran and European legal requierements and recycling goals; (ii) methodological errors in the EIA report, and (iii) technical assessment of the facility and its local impact according to the selected location.
