is a consultancy firm formed by experienced engineers, graduates
and postgraduates from different fields.
We are a consultancy specialised
in studying and implementing innovative ideas in the fields
of environmental and organisational management. ENT Environment
and Management has among its customers Public Administrations,
Universities, and the Private Sector (companies, foundations,
NGOs, etc.). Founded in year 2002, ENT Environment and Management
was awarded as "The best entrepreneurial initiative of
the year" by the Diputació de Barcelona in year
2003.
Our internal organisation allows us
to better adapt to the needs of our customers, both combining
flexibility and an optimised cost system. Our personalised service
is the key to our work. Therefore, we analyse each project by
itself, always guaranteeing the fulfilment of agreed deadlines,
terms and conditions.
OPERATIONAL PRINCIPLES
ENT Environment and Management
works with the following characteristic operational principles:
- When carrying out projects, our aim is
to achieve a fairer and more environmentally friendly society.
In order to do that we focus in projects that can benefit
large sectors of society.
- We also carry out some of those projects
even without external financial support; that is, we fund
part of our own research.
- We encourage projects where participation
plays a central role. Participation understood as within the
organisation, or as with lay public.
- The possibility of introducing managerial
or environmental innovation is one of the basic criteria when
choosing a project to be developed.
- Our organisation allows collaborators
to develop themselves in what they are doing. Labour rights,
decent working conditions and economic redistributive justice
are at the core of our organisation. Moreover, most of our
consultants carry out research regularly.
- We disseminate acquired knowledge so
that developed ideas and pioneer implemented projects can
be widely applied.
All people working with us share the
above operational principles
