NOTE: For those participants attending the Advanced Course "Development and Environment in Ibero America" and who whish to also participate in the Congress, the registration fees are USD 15.

Options for the payment for Fees

• Fess can be paid personally in the offices of FLACSO - Ecuador at the following address Calle Ulpiano Páez N19-26 and Av. Patria. Payment must be in cash. Please contact Ms. Ana Lucia Cárdenas. Please remind to bring the Congress Registration Form.

• Sending a certified check made to the mane of FLACSO to the address given above addressed to Ms. Ana Lucia Cardenas, Treasury Department. For those participants residing outside Ecuador, this check must be international. By International is meant, that the bank has offices in other countries. It is also possible to ask for this service when you have a national check book. In case that you are sending the check though the post office, you must send along the Congress Registration Form properly filled.

Important:

• The cost of the transfer must be paid by the solicitor, in this case the person interested in registration.
• If the payment been made though a Bank Transfer, you must send a fax copy of the corresponding bank document along with the Congress Registration Form properly filled. ACCOMODATION

The first Ibero American Congress on Environment and Development has agreed with the 4 stars Hotel Tambo Real (just three minutes by walking from FLACSO - e-mail:reservac@hoy.net) the following fares for the participants willing to be host there:

• 27 USD for single room
• 33 for twin or double room
• 38 for triple room

This prices do not include 12% VAT and 10% for service.The prices do include american breakfast, welcome cocktail and transfer in/out to the airport.

Please, in case you are interested in the hotel, notify in the registration form, including your prefered fare and your willingness to share a room.

Transfers: for those staying at the hotel, there will be a shuttle bus straight to the hotel at the airport. For the rest, people from the organisation will inform you at the airport, although the best option is to take a taxi that may cost about 7 dolars.
